Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on HomeBird's part are covered at our expense.

This includes posters damaged through shipping, receiving a size different from what was ordered, and misprints on both posters or shirts. Homebird does not cover buyer's remorse or sizing issues, so pick your sizes wisely, sizing charts are provided as well as the brand of the shirt on the product's page.

If you receive a damaged product, place it on a flat surface, take a photo of it, and email it to homebirdposters@gmail.com. You will be given the choice of a refund or replacement.
